Our lemon pepper is an essential seasoning that can be used to spice up any dish. By combining black peppercorns with our dehydrated lemon pieces, our lemon pepper has a story to tell. True to our aim of reducing food waste, the lemon in our lemon pepper is made from the dehydrated pieces not deemed perfectly shaped for our citrus packs. Instead of being wasted these delicious lemon pieces are ground and made into the beautifully balanced peppery zest that is our lemon pepper. We do not add salt or wheat or any other additives to this product.
