At Aussie Dried Foods, part of our mission is to help reduce food waste and this product embodies that aim beautifully. As limes are put through the dehydrated process for our citrus packs, we collect the off cuts of dehydrated lime that are not image perfect for the packs. Instead of wasting these perfectly delicious pieces of lime, they are finely ground and added to salt to create our delectable lime salt. Packed with the lime’s delicious goodness, our lime salt is perfect for seasoning vegetable dishes, white meats and many other essentials. Our lime salt is also perfect for lining the rims of cocktail glasses, adding the perfect hint of citrus.
