Bro’s Chilli Sauce

This is a true favourite with our customers. It is a well-rounded flavoursome sauce for chilli lovers but is not overpowering. The bird’s eye chilli gives a full flavour with a nice warm build of chilli experience for those that enjoy chilli. The fullness of flavour comes from the Asian elements of limes, garlic and ginger combined with the tomato base and chilli. There is no added refined sugar in this product – just a small amount of grape juice concentrate for flavour and sweetness that takes away the bitterness of the lime. The final product is great on its own or when added to dishes it brings an extra piquancy that enhances foods such as pork, rice, vegetables and chicken.
