Mum’s Tomato Relish

Description

Punchy and full of rich tomato flavours with hints of spice and slight warmth from the pepper and cayenne pepper makes this a very mild and multitalented condiment. It’s delicious used in sandwiches and with cheese and meats. When mixed with cream cheese and sour cream to taste it produces a beautiful tomato-based dip suitable for any party. It can also be used on its own as a dip for our vegetable snack packs.
