Caramelised Onion

Description

The caramelised onion is caramelised with grape juice concentrate and not refined sugar. Similar processes are used for this as for the balsamic vinegar. As a customer favourite the flavour is strong but not overwhelming and compliments cheese and meats really well. It’s especially luscious when added to a hummus dip with a touch of olive oil and lemon.
