Cauliflower & Vegetable Salad in a Jar

This combination salad is convenient and super easy to prepare (just add water) for an on-the-go meal. It has no added gluten for those requiring a gluten free product. Made using our own lemon pepper and locally sourced cauliflowers and vegetables, this salad has a subtle lemon bite that can be enjoyed hot or cold. As a dehydrated product with no additives, it can be prepared by adding hot water to the level of the back label on the jar. Wait about 20 minutes then give it shake and have it hot straight away or leave a bit longer to cool for a delicious salad. They are extra tasty with the Yummo Salad dressing or the Caramelised Balsamic Dressing
