Cous Cous & Vegetable Salad in a Jar

As an on-the-go meal or accompaniment to meats, this salad is convenient and super easy to prepare by just adding water. The flavours tend to be intensified with the dehydration process and the lemon pepper is made by us using home grown lemons that are dehydrated and ground with black peppercorns. The end flavour in this salad is not overpowering and as a dehydrated product with no additives, it can be prepared very easily by just adding hot water to the level of the back label on the jar. Wait about 20 minutes then give it a shake and have it hot straight away or leave a bit longer to cool for a delicious result. They are extra tasty with the Yummo Salad dressing or the Caramelised Balsamic Dressing
