Description
The chilli version is infused with bird’s eye chillies in the cooking process. The chilli flavour is strong and pleasing to chilli fans without being over powering. For the chilli shy it may be a bit strong on its own but added into sauces it performs as a pleasing enhancer. To ensure maximum taste, we prepare these products with approximately five hours slow cooking time. The final product is well worth the wait being jam-packed with aroma and flavour that tastes slightly sweet but with a hint of peppery essence from the grapes.
